First Overnite Date

Last Friday Chad and I got to have our first overnite date. That was a pretty big milestone for me. My mom and dad were in town and they were so wonderful to offer to keep her. I worked hard to have a supply of milk on hand and they assured me that as long as they could feed her then they'd be ok. We had a wonderful time! We had booked a couples massage at a beautiful spa in Franklin, TN and after that we checked into the Aloft Hotel also there in Franklin. It's a really modern hotel and a great location. That night we had dinner in downtown Franklin at a place called Red Pony where we ate on their patio and it was a gorgeous night. Then we walked around and got ice cream and then headed back to the hotel where we lounged on some comfy lounge chairs in an outdoor area they have. It was so relaxing. We slept great that night and I didn't really even worry at all about Amelia. In the morning, we had breakfast in Franklin and took a long scenic way home. We were met with a big smile from Amelia and the report that she had been "just perfect". Yayyy!
