Farmer's Market Fun

All summer we've been wanting to make it out to the Franklin Farmer's market which has quite a different feel than the Nashville one that we go to often. Finally today we decided to go. It was a beautiful morning to be out and about and I just love looking at all the produce and yummy baked goods for sale there. Next time we would definitely take a cooler to buy some perishables, but we didn't have a way to keep any of the yummy cheeses or meats cool today. I got a yummy Hibiscus tea lemonade and Chad got a green tea lemonade and both were refreshing. We split a tiny chess pie and mostly just enjoyed being out. Chad was carrying Amelia and she was looking over his shoulder. She got a lot of attention....which is always fun as a parent:)

As we were leaving the Farmers Market I decided to change Amelia's diaper and during the diaper change she just started crying hysterically. It was awful. We couldn't get her calmed down and I felt that everyone around us must wonder what we are doing to torture her. We finally made it to the car where I could nurse her. It took awhile to get her calm enough and I really wondered if something was wrong, but once she ate she was fine. Goodness...imagine if we all had meltdowns like that when we got hungry! She was content and so we headed into downtown Franklin and had a yummy lunch at Puckett's Grocery.

Now we are home and Chad is watching a Disney Conference on his iphone, Amelia is napping and I'm on the computer.....nice relaxing Saturday:)
